Defensive Revolver Course

This course is designed for those who prefer the revolver, or who are mandated a revolver by agency regulations. Students will learn to maximize the revolver's potential, learning to hit with it reliably at speed, efficiently reload it, and keep it running. Best revolver holsters, stocks, and accessories will be discussed and demonstrated, with a large variety on hand for experimentation. We'll also go over modifications to enhance performance, and those modifications best left off a fighting handgun.

Students will need a revolver in at least .38 Special caliber (.38 Special, .357 Magnum, .41 Magnum, .44 Magnum, .44 Special, .45 Colt). Anything from a J-frame 5 shot Smith & Wesson or small frame Colt, up through K and L frame .357's and N-frame big bore guns are suitable. Bring whatever you carry and need to learn how to use well.

For this class you will need a good belt holster, at least 2 speedloaders or Speed Strips, and 500 rounds of jacketed ammunition.

This course takes place in two four-hour segments on two consecutive days. This gives the student a chance to practice some of the manipulations between sessions. Cost is only $199.00.
